Do you have a strong passion for data and numbers, and would like to take a new turn in your career by joining the Fragrance development team of a leading and global organisation? Then look no further - this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Fragrance is at the heart of Givaudan. We have a rich history of creating fragrances that strike an emotional chord with consumers. We are inspired by our rich heritage and our contribution to defining the evolution of the trends over time. We create scents that shape people's lives.

Our senses step into gear from the moment we wake up in the morning until we turn in for the night. The consumer grooming and cleaning regimen intersects with Consumer Products (Personal care, Home & Air care, Fabric care, Oral care), Fine Fragrance (Perfumes), and Active Beauty products, with fragrance at the core of every experience. Givaudan Consumer Products (CP’s) are, more often than not, responsible for carrying you through the olfactive journey of your day.

Our Fragrance development team houses Evaluators who are olfactive development specialists, marketers, Consumer & Market Insights specialists, and Library (Gallery) & Best Practices teams who collaborate closely with our Perfumers and Customers to create winning fragrances. To do so, the development team analyses current olfactive trends, forecasts future trends, and assesses consumer preferences. Our Consumer Market Insights (CMI) team is a key business partner supporting the fragrance development and sales teams, providing in-depth consumer understanding knowledge and interpretation of test results to inspire and guide the development and selection of niche fragrance solutions for our customers.

We are currently looking to recruit a Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) Coordinator for our Fragrance Consumer Products Development team to focus on supporting the CMI team in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, encompassing countries in the GCC, Levant, Egypt, Sudan, Iran, and Pakistan. The role is based in our Dubai office, reports to the CMI Director for MENA, and offers excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development.

The CMI Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the CMI department along with advanced data analysis. As a CMI coordinator you handle operational & data analysis tasks. Operational tasks will include issuing purchase orders, posting invoices, buying market products for testing, printing labels for product testing, coordinating sample packing and shipment, and project management for operational activities.

Data analysis tasks will include supporting the team in top line reporting, data consolidation and management as well as advanced data analysis. Those with AI background and data skills will be given higher priority as they can support the CMI team in advanced analytics, contributing to the department's overall efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work for a company that touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day. With its heritage stretching back over 250 years, Givaudan has a long history of innovating scents and tastes. Our passion is to collaborate with customers and partners to develop game-changing innovations in the food & beverage, fragrance and beauty industries. We have a culture that works to inspire, challenge and capture the heart and soul of consumers and customers. Our customers in the MENA region have local, regional, and international profiles, bringing diversity and curiosity to your daily job.
