Procurement Manager

Royal Procurement Position:

The purpose of this position is to ensure the company is saving as much money as possible though the scrutinization of purchasing and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Inventory management.

Initially ensuring that all trucks are fully stocked.

Have a system designed to get every van inventoried every 6 months.

Manage a system designed by the board for truck stock replacement orders with techs.

Provide approval for all material purchases over $500.

Provide approval for purchase of any item that is on a technicians truck stock list.

Manage a system of having basic inventory items at all Royal Flush satellite offices.

Randomly go over purchase receipts to ensure technicians are using all parts purchased from stores.

Negotiate rates with supply houses for all truck stock items.

Manage and inventory the stock items that we keep at the shop.

Work with our asset manager to secure best prices on purchases made.

Auto Maintenance Parts (Bulk if Applicable).

Auto Repairs.

Equipment Repairs.

Safety Equipment.

Handle all large asset purchasing, including price negotiations and paperwork.

Work with technicians to create a plan of purchasing fuel daily with the same vendor at the lowest price.

Make entries in our accounting system for purchases made and tag the appropriate class for auto repair and maintenance purchases.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Inventory, Product Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing Management.

Must have a can-do attitude, hands on mentality, ambitious.

Must be able to work individually and with a team.

Microsoft Office skills required.

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Innovative and leader mindset.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task.

Understanding of business and management principles.
