Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of account executives and driving sales growth in the healthcare industry. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
