Wayne's Country Fresh Meat #2 in Fort Ashby, WV is looking for one cook / Kitchen Prep to join our 30- person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. They will be preparing hot foods for the in store hot bar in addition to baking baked goods such as: cookies, bread, pies, pepperoni rolls, and homemade salads, desserts, and our catering items.

Responsibilities

Set up workstations

Cook dishes to business standards

Package and price foods for retail case

Preparing foods for hot bar buffet

Follow health and safety guidelines

Prepare ingredients for use during shift

Cleaning and sanitizing the work area

Taking customer orders

Storing and organizing inventory

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a cook

Must have or will obtain Food Handlers Certification

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Team player

Must be 18 or order
