Team Overview and Job responsibilities

The activity consists in performing test on raw material and final products to define typical chemical-physical properties. Here below a list of characterization techniques:

Thermal analysis (for transition phase determination – melting / crystallization)

Mechanical analysis (elongation / strength / modulus vs temperature)

Chemical analysis (spectroscopy methods)

Sensitivity to environmental stresses evaluation (ex: humidity / heat / mechanical stresses)

Microscopy analysis (optical and electron microscopy)

Core responsibilities:

Preparation of samples for characterization activity (by microextruder, micro press)

Test execution

Data collection

Data critical analysis (relationship between properties and process conditions)

Who are we looking for?

Degree in material science, chemistry, chemical and material engineering, CTF, biology

Attitude to deeply analyze different aspects of products (from raw materials to final products)

Passionate of laboratory activities

Attitude to study relationship between data and phenomena

Learning and adapting ability depending on problem solving needs

Ability to work in team
