As Marqeta’s Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as a technology partner for our stakeholders leveraging Salesforce including GTM, customer onboarding, customer success and other cross-functional teams.
Your chief aim is to improve operational excellence and customer experiences by configuring Salesforce using SFDC Administrator best practices and solid engineering fundamentals in an Agile framework.
You are expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, review business requirements, perform system administrator functions, increase data integrity, improve system performance, maintain integrations and automate business processes.
The impact and visibility of your engineering work will directly align with strategic company-wide initiatives, improve customer experiences and increase productivity for internal users.

What You’ll Do
Understand the company, business and technical requirements and goals
Perform Salesforce Admin duties
Translate requirements into well-architected solutions
Design, build, test and deploy solutions in Salesforce in an Agile framework
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT dept and other engineering teams
Help maintain existing integrations with external/internal systems
Execute release management processes to achieve high quality deployments
Support user access, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
Perform Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check and Optimizer
Maintain high sprint velocity goals and estimate work effort
Participate in daily standups and perform stakeholder demos
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience (configure, customize, support)
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
Salesforce CPQ Certification
DocuSign admin experience
Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Experience Cloud
Experience working with a Contract Lifecycle Management solution
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Experience with with complex multi-phase projects
Experience configuring integrations with sales and marketing SaaS products
Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model
Strong declarative knowledge, understands tradeoffs of using code
Ability to systematically troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ability to reliably prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision
