Information Technology System Administrator III

The Information Technology System Administrator III (Applications DBA) will support the Database Services Team in the following technologies: Oracle E-Business (aka Oracle Financials), Oracle PeopleSoft, IBM Maximo Asset Management, and other multi-tier applications. You will work with a team of database/system administrators to monitor, troubleshoot, install, configure, administer, and document the N-tier applications to ensure reliable, efficient operations. As the IT System Administrator III you will at times work on complex projects implementing new N-tier applications and systems.

Schedule: 9/80, 44/36, Monday through Friday /Every other Friday off

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience.Relevant Experience is defined as: Installation, configuration, backup/restore, monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting: Oracle Database, Oracle PeopleSoft, IBM Maximo Asset management, and other multi-tier applications.
