JR53531 PDE TD Engineer Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS

Performs technical tests and experiments for process of R&D engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers. Performs set-up of semiconductor processing equipment. Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products. Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Diploma in Engineering

2+ years of experience in Semiconductor Backend Assembly Manufacturing, preferably in Project/Process Integration, Project/program Management, Technology Development or Process Engineering role

With good oral and written English communication skill
