Skilled Tradesperson

Job Description

Primary Purpose:

We are seeking a Skilled Tradesperson to perform a wide range of duties, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in one of the following trades: HVAC, facility maintenance, welding, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, waterproofing, or related trades. Additionally, they should demonstrate proficiency in various tasks within their field.

Responsibilities:

Perform skilled tasks in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc. according to industry standards and safety regulations.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and specifications of projects.

Install, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, and structures as needed.

Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Continuously update skills and knowledge in the field through training and professional development opportunities.
