Firewater Response LLC has over 36 years of experience evaluating damage and developing comprehensive mitigation plans for commercial properties (Hospitals, Schools, Universities, Office Buildings, Industrial). We're a family-owned business offering smoke, mold, mildew, fire, and water remediation services.

We are seeking someone with great ethics and values as well as high energy and excellent problem-solving skills to join our team as a WAREHOUSE MANAGER in our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in responding to water, fire, mold, and biohazard damaged commercial facilities. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and planning skills; ability to recognize and solve problems independently with attention to detail; strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all of the materials, tools, and equipment that go in and out of our shop/warehouse daily. Accept and receive deliveries and inventory our material stock, etc.

Manage keeping track of all incoming deliveries, stocking those parts, and knowing which department all materials are for.

Notify the respective department manager of their incoming deliveries.

Run errands for the company when needed, assist with dropping off and picking up vehicles when needed, renting equipment as needed, and may also be asked to help out on work sites during emergencies.

Deliver tools and materials to job sites occasionally.

Assist in keeping the office functional: snow removal, office trash removal, cut grass around the building, keep dumpsters areas clean.

Assist the techs with material and tool check in/out.

Tool and equipment repair and cleaning.

Helper when needed for any department and Weekend Dispatch.

Be committed to 24/7 restoration cycle, including on-call rotation.

Additional duties required as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Driver’s License.

5+ years experience in the Construction industry.

2+ years in a supervisory role.

Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
