Global Liver Chapter Lead

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish Liver Solution strategies, roadmap and tactical initiatives as global mandate to support cross modalities Liver Disease Focus.

Drive solutions for the China where as well as having the global mandate to identify solutions that can be scaled up or replicated across geographies.

Act as a VACC leader. Be a role model for embracing and actively championing DSO operating model and DSO behaviors.

Establish integrated disease management approach in Radiology with focus on disease intervention and health outcomes, partner with other players including Pharma companies as appropriate.

Drive cross-modality solution roadmap within the Liver strategic disease area, including development of concepts/ application solutions / key messages and contents for local roll-out with the intent to replicate globally.

Build, transfer & share knowledge, capabilities & experience in the solution domain.

Build and execute strategies to lobby for guidelines’ updates and reimbursement schemes in close collaboration with Medical and Market Access locally and globally.

Establish networks with internal and external stakeholders, Keep Radiology Leadership Team up to date on the roadmaps and outcomes.

Develop market models and provide underlying commercial assumptions for business case evaluations.

Attract, activate and motivate an agile and virtual team with diversity in the globe under DSO model. The virtual team work with short term and long term clearly focused. He/she will help instill ownership and accountability.

WHO YOU ARE

University degree, preferably master’s degree or MBA • Role model for VACC leadership behaviors and applies every day.

+10 years of relevant experience in radiology and/or pharma business.

Experience in customer-facing function/country organization is preferred.

Strong/proven communication capabilities in diverse teams.

Passionate about creating a new business area.

Capability to work in complex, ambiguous, changing environments.

Understanding of patient and diagnostic pathway in Liver diseases.

Capabilities/experience to put scientific and clinical trends into new business context to build a new modality.

Experience with TL management.

Demonstrates high self-awareness as well as system awareness.

Proactively asks for and gives feedback.

Demonstrates strategic thinking as well as good business- and external trends insights.

Focuses on outcomes; defines and delivers highest pipeline-, team-, talent- and organizational-impact-outcomes.

Fluent English and Chinese skills.
