Job Title: Logistics Warehousing and Distribution Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Job location: Nationwide (US HQ located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ)

Reports to: Director of US Warehouse and Distribution Business

Job Summary

As Logistics Warehousing and Distribution Sales Executive, an applicant needs to show ability to sell warehousing and distribution logistics services. Gain opportunities to expand book of business and become face of the company.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will spend most of their time working directly with experienced professionals in the industry, assisting in the following activities:

Grow the company's warehousing and distribution business/services in an assigned territory

Find & develop qualified leads (cold calling), convert them through the sales process into tangible outcome

Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers to drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability

Other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Use email/Salesforce to report daily/weekly sales activities

Requirements

Warehousing/transportation logistics knowledge with a minimum 8 years of logistics industry experience

Excellent knowledge of logistics including warehousing and transportation

Proven track record in sales, prospecting and developing accounts

Proficient with Microsoft and other computer programs

Strong inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong sales skills

Strong organization skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently

Ability to cover a wide territory and responsible for having reliable transportation
