General Litigation Attorney

We are partnered with a law firm that is seeking a dynamic, eperienced attorney - motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with minimum 2 to 5 years+ experience to join their team in northwest Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling commercial litigation matters, as well as variety of transactional/business litigation, some real estate and estate planning. Salary: $90K - $115K

Responsibilities:

Handle large volume of litigation paperwork, drafting and filing motions, discovery, production

Business and Commercial litigation matters

Transactional matters

Real Estate matters

Contribute to the firm's commitment to excellence in legal services

Qualifications:

Admitted to the Indiana Bar

Minimum 2-5 years experience preferred

Additional admissions in Federal Court jurisdictions is highly advantageous

Proven expertise in writing, research and strategy in business and civil litigation
