Job TitleCountry Field Marketing Manager
Based in either Singapore or Bangkok, the candidate will be responsible for defining the direction, objectives and approach to communicating the Amadeus offer to our customers with the overall objectives of meeting customer needs and maximizing Amadeus profitability.
Management activities
Work closely with other internal teams such as Sales, Product and other functions to ensure the company's marketing efforts align with overall business objectives
Execute marketing strategies, work with local partners and vendors, and analyze market trends to determine the most effective marketing techniques
Help country managers in the respective region and coordinate with other regions on company’s global strategy
Field marketing activities
Provide marketing support to drive and executive programs, direct marketing, targeted advertising, events invitations, sponsorships, social media, websites, email campaigns at local level
Plan the national marketing campaigns and define KPIs, and ensure they are aligned with the global strategy and KPIs
Align on the plan with central Marketing & Strategy team, and ensure local context and specifics are included in the global marketing plan
Account-based marketing
Work closely with Account-Based country managers in reviewing the sales materials for individual accounts based on the challenges and objectives identified
Support ABM country managers and plan advertising at local level (e.g. paid media, contextual ads, web personalization) to reach national sales targets
Demand generation
Support lead generation activities to increase sales nationally. Align with regional managers to set KPIs at national level and review progress in line with global KPIs
Run leads scoring process and support in digital leads nurturing process
Candidate profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, communication with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in B2B marketing; industry or vertical marketing preferred; product marketing experience a plus; experience in B2B technology marketing a plus
Experience in Marketing Campaign Planning and execution, Field Marketing, Account Based Marketing, Sales, Advertising, and Budget Management
Project management and organization skills, with ability to execute multiple, complex campaigns, while also managing and motivating internal stakeholders to strict campaign timelines
Can effectively present complex ideas and communicate to variety of internal and external audiences
Demonstrates active listening, great verbal and nonverbal communication, respect to other’s people opinions.
Able to articulate customer centric value proposition
Able to develop strong bonds and build trust with a variety of individuals, including colleagues, senior executives and other internal teams
Open to different and new ways of doing things. Ensure data sources are reliable and cross-checked with observations
Able to summarize detailed requirements into a digestible, fluid message that can be tailored for multiple levels of the organization
Uses hypothesis driven investigation to solve problems
Able to conduct quantitative and qualitative problem-solving process
English and other international languages will be an asset
