Cognizant’s MLEU Consulting team has open opportunities for Manager consulting designations in its Trading and Risk Management consulting practice. We are a team of advisory consultants & product managers working for global oil and gas/commodities trading clients to create significant business value. The team leverages their technology savviness, functional expertise to lead and execute digital transformation initiatives.

Must Have

· Problem solving mindset with experience on complex design and large product development projects using Agile.

· Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis – business process definition, requirements gathering, functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FDD, FSD and user stories.

· Ability to clearly communicate information to stakeholders.

· Understanding of Supply Chain, Global Shipping and commodity logistics

· Knowledge/ experience of SQL for data extraction.

· Knowledge/ Experience in creating/managing data models, ER diagrams, and application architecture.

Big Plus

· Detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, Metals).

· Experience of working in multi-vendor setup.

· Experience in using Draw IO, Confluence, Jira.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to deliver value to business by building new capabilities or resolving existing issues.

Closely work with Global Product Managers and support them in their initiatives.

Gather and analyse requirements, evaluate options, propose solution, design IT application architecture and manage dependencies.

Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves.

· Support UAT and migration activities.

Professional Qualifications and Skills

· MBA (preferably in Operations/Finance/IT/Systems)

· 8+ years of work experience
