Job description
• Welcome patients with a warm attitude and address any concerns or complaints with sympathy and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, providing information about clinic services, appointment availability, and addressing general inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist in maintaining and updating clinic records, including patient files and administrative documents.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling.
• Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with the finance department as needed.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of clinic inventory, including medical supplies and equipment.
• Track inventory levels, anticipate shortages, and place orders for replenishment in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
• Ensure hygiene and overall upkeep of the clinic.
Requirements :
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service or healthcare administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
