Job Description:

Engineer with MBA from a leading business school. 5 to 7 years of work experience in the IT/Technology industry (either worked as a BA or IT analyst or in the Project Management capacity) with the following additional requirements.

Experience is handling large transformation projects.

Knowledge and a high level of demonstrative skill in ETL tools

VBA and basic understanding of programming languages like python is an added advantage.

Strong Knowledge in Blue Prism to review and identify business gaps in the logic built.

Visualization tools like Power BI and writing complex SQL queries for data analysis.

Overall project management/change management skills are mandatory. The candidate should be digital savvy/ability to quickly learn new tools and implement improvements in an agile environment

Understanding of Trading Business, ETRM experience and its integration with ERP/connected applications would be required. Experience with Endur and finance process related projects/transformation would be an advantage.

Strong leadership skills including stakeholder management and the ability to influence stakeholders with excellent communications skills, both written and oral.

The role involves extensive interactions with various stakeholders and therefore requires a combination of intellect, maturity, strength of character, and an ability to earn respect. Proven organizational and prioritization skills. Manage ambiguity and build strong relationships at global and local levels.
