Manager Financial Reporting – Complex Consolidation and Reporting

Our client immediately needs a Manager, Financial Reporting. This position requires a technical accountant who loves, yes loves, complex situations, is curious and likes to learn. You will have worked your way through a BIG four accounting firm, or maybe a midsize, but be comfortable with audit process and procedures, but especially be interested in working through complex consolidations. You will be comfortable with multiple entity reporting, understanding that operations requires feedback and support to provide you with the correct data and then you will use the tools and systems to crush it!

Working closely with the VP Finance, you will lead a couple of team members in achieving month end close processes, review balance sheet schedules, review account and bank reconciliations, and prepare memos for accounting treatment on complex issues. You will prepare consolidations on a quarterly basis in preparation for a quality yearend reporting package. Oh yeah, and don’t forget budget and forecast, and providing up to date details on cash flow management.

This is a well-rounded position that requires strong attention to detail, a desire to continuously learn and be investigative, “why”. You will be a Master of all things Excel and be ready to participate in this growing and engaging opportunity.
