CommunityVibe is looking to expand its sales team and would like for you to join! This role involves working through all aspects of the sales process to qualify, onboard, and activate customers on the ComVibe platform. You will have the opportunity to drive impactful change through leading and implementing CommunityVibe's sales strategy.

Responsibilities include:

Manage the sales process (prospecting, qualifying, presenting, contracting, closing) and coordinate initial client training and initial implementations associated with new business development activities

Manage sales pipeline and coordinate all proposals and contract negotiations

Meet assigned sales goals and report sales pipeline status

Professionally and effectively represent CommunityVibe in client meetings and industry functions including conferences, trade shows, etc.

Maintain accurate forecast and sales pipeline management through the company CRM

Provide marketplace insights and competitive intelligence to CommunityVibe executive team

Becoming familiar with all product solutions, the competitive climate, and promoting company products in the marketplace

Providing recommendations to the product development teams on roadmap changes based on business development and sales insights

Skills required for this role:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2+ years of successful sales experience with a B2B software solution

Excellent communication (both verbal and written)

Advanced understanding of Cloud, Mobile, and Web-based software solutions

Ability to internally motivate and work independently

Ability to understand and showcase technical products

Demonstrated project management experience

Prior background in software sales, property management or accounting systems in the multi-family industry is a plus
