Purpose

To ensure Company standards are met and to ensure Team Members comply with policies and procedures. Upholds and executes the vision and mission of JIU! and assists others in doing the same.

Duties

Must be capable and competent in employee training

A competent leader; can manage the store in the absence of an owner

Create team members' schedules

Hiring staff

Bank runs

POS and Cash Handling

Ordering and managing inventory for the store

Work closely with the owners to ensure the store’s success

Master POS and order-taking process to ensure correct product, always ask for the guest's name and deliver drink with their name and drink name.

Be able to count change and be skilled at accepting cash, credit cards, and gift cards for payment. Able to enter coupons, discounts, and use mobile app

Serve only quality products in a sparkling store

Follow JIU! standards when handling and preparing all smoothies, juices, bowls, and food.

Follow JIU! standards when cleaning and maintaining equipment, POS, windows, floors, shelving, counters, tables, chairs, outside areas, restrooms, and any part of the JIU! store.

Ensure the store is stocked for guests at all times.

Follow health and safety standards to assist others in doing the same.

Welcome every guest with a sincere “Hello, welcome to Juice It Up!”. Answer any questions and offer product knowledge.

Experience

High School Diploma (Required)

Possess excellent guest service skills

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to take direction and follow through

Energetic – works with a sense of urgency

Friendly – genuinely pleasant, welcoming and sociable

Prideful – shows pride in self, store, product quality, and the JIU! Brand

Respectful – polite and courteous to guests and team members

Helpful – prepared, eager, approachable, willing, and caring

Informative – knowledgeable, educational, and instructive

Proficient in English – (bilingual in Spanish an added bonus)

License/Certification:

ServSafe Food Manager Certification (Preferred, but will need to get if hired)
