Job Responsibilities:
Leading and owning ServiceNow Implementation.
Implement best practices, and participate in the design, development, and deployment phases on various ServiceNow Instances.
Reviewing and testing activities on various ServiceNow instances.
Job Requirements:
Min 3 years of overall experience.
Min 2 Hands-on ServiceNow implementation.
Min 2 years of ServiceNow experience.
Experience on core ServiceNow modules like – Knowledge Management, Service Request Management, CSM, Service Portal, PSDS Portal implementation, case management Workforce Optimization, Inbound Integrations, reporting, in addition to ITSM modules (Incident, change, problem).
Experience on Java scripting.
Excellent understanding of ITIL processes
Experience in creating and modifying workflows.
Experience in creating and modifying Flows using Flow designer.
Experience in design, development, and deployment in ServiceNow.
Experience in documentation and review activities.
Experience in complex data migration.
Excellent experience on ServiceNow integrations
Excellent experience in creating customer ServiceNow reports and performance Analytics.
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Good written language and documentation skills
Experience in code migration to different instances.
Technical Expertise:
Creating and maintaining of catalog Items, Record Producers, catalog client scripts, catalog UI policies.
Implementation of Portals with custom widgets and pages.
Implementing Business rules, client scripts, script include, UI actions.
Implementation of knowledge base and configuring life cycle of knowledge articles.
Implementation of Data Sources and Transform Maps to load source data into ServiceNow.
Implementing notifications for different tables in ServiceNow.
Implementing workflows, flow designers for catalog items.
Configuring forms, sections, related records, related links.
Creating and configuring Scheduled Data imports.
Creation of script-based assignment and approval rules.
Creation of Access Control List (ACL) with the help of Scripting.
Debugging script
Creating and maintaining Users, groups, Contacts, accounts data.
Configuring schedule jobs.
Creating reports in various styles.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management
