Role Overview:

The Account Manager will play a critical role in driving our business growth by engaging both new and existing clients. This role involves strategic account management, where you will craft tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. You will act as a liaison between the business and its clients, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

· Craft detailed and compelling proposals that align with client needs and follow through with effective implementation.

· Engage in proactive client management, ensuring all client issues are resolved promptly, and their satisfaction is maximized.

· Analyze client feedback and work collaboratively with the design and delivery teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.

· Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.

Ideal Candidate:

· A dynamic professional with at least 3 years of experience in account management, ideally within the furniture or interior design industry.

· Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, able to secure and grow client accounts effectively.

· A problem solver with a proactive approach, ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

· Proficient in the use of CRM systems and MS Office, with a strong understanding of business processes and client management.
