Café 63 Redcliffe is recruiting for an experienced cook who thrives on working in a busy, fast paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to every customer.

You will be:

• Confident and experienced in the day-to-day management of a busy kitchen environment

• Focussed on ensuring consistent food quality for every customer

You will be responsible for:

• The day to day running of the kitchen,

• Team culture and staff training

• Ensuring food quality is to Cafe63 brand standards

• Managing food safety and health safety within the kitchen

You will have:

• Prior experience as cook

• Excellent communication skills

• Great organisational skills and initiative

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques

• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation

• Cookery qualifications are preferred
