Club Manager Role - Jetts Mango Hill

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Club Manager for our club, Jetts Mango Hill. This club is recently renovated only 18 months ago and features brand new equipment.

Some of your responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients physical capabilities, medical history and lifestyle to develop personalised exercise plans

Provide evidence-based exercise prescriptions, rehabilitation programs, and lifestyle recommendations to clients

Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting exercise programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

Foster positive relationships with existing patients, actively engaging and supporting them in achieving their health and wellness goals

Coaching - engage & motivate your clients to perform at their best

Support Club based challenges and member engagement initiatives

What essential qualifications do you need before you hit that apply button today?

Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness

Public Liability Insurance

Current First Aid and current CPR Certificate

Police check

Role Responsibilities include but are not limited:

Signing on new club memebers.

Provide personalised service and introucing memebers to the qequioment, support, and facilities that we offer.

Maintain the cleanliness of the Gym at all times.

To understand, follow and promote Jetts Policies, procedures and operational standards.

Maintain a positive culutre with all team members.

To ensure behaviour is always professional and respectful to team members, memebers, and clients. This includes appropriate touching and respectful communications.

To assist in signing on new Club members.

Expected salary: $58,000 - $64,000 per year
