Manager, Supply Chain Management Consultancy

Main Tasks

Process optimization / simplification

• Ensure a customer centric and value-based Lean planning process.

• Delivery material cost saving by exploring opportunities in all manufacturing processes.

• Optimize process and business rules for best-cost logistics/WH solution.

• Drive Order to Cash process simplification/efficiency.

Digitalization and automation

• Design digitalization tools offering problem solving and proper actions.

• Scale up and introduce best practice for Asia Pacific regions.

• Connecting with GD and GB excellence team for best knowledge acquiring.

• Support site logistics Lean projects if necessary

• Work as an in-house trainer for green belts as applicable

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in supply chain management / logistics, business administration, chemical engineering, 5-8 years business management and/or supply chain management experience, consulting experience with proof of successful projects as a plus

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Strong and comprehensive knowledge (confident with complex/challenging projects) in Supply Chain Consulting (project management, organizational projects, process changes, logistics); or Supply chain management (strategy / operations / organization), planning (demand, supply, inventory), distribution

• Strategic and logic thinking.

• Initiative, pro-active, self-motivated.

• Bold in thinking, sensitive in details.

• Strong project management skills, PMP certification is preferred.

• Profound knowledge in Supply Chain Systems and Technology, Change Management, Presentations skills

• Fluent (active contribution and participation in discussion including technical topics and terms) in Chinese and English
