OBJECTIVES

Handle Sea Import Operation Customer Service

JOB DUTIES

Perform day-to-day operations for Imports Activity

Looking for the most suitable shipment arrangements or solutions

Shipment tracking and proactive to update customer timely

Provide proactive communication to customer

Work closely with internal parties department to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction

Ensuring operational excellence

All relevant duties assigned by Superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Logistics or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years of industry experience either on the forwarder or ocean carrier

Good understanding of basic knowledge in Sea Freight Import (FCL and LCL)

Self-motivated and self-directed

Able to multi-task, set priorities and meeting tight deadline

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferably experienced using Cargowise 1 system
