**Position Overview:**

Join our team in providing exceptional primary care services to our community in a charming rural town just outside Fayetteville, North Carolina. We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinic fulltime permanently. This role offers the perfect blend of professional fulfillment and work-life balance with a Monday through Friday 8-5, no weekends or on call. Salary range 125,000-140,000.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and treat patients in a primary care/internal medicine setting.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other members of the healthcare team.

- Provide patient education on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

**Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.

- Current certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of North Carolina.

- Previous experience in primary care/internal medicine preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
