Role Description
This is a full-time Thursday to Monday hybrid role for a Customer Technical Support professional at Zybra. In this role, the Customer Technical Support specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using our automated bike rental systems. The daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries and issues, resolving technical problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. While the role is primarily located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, there is flexibility for remote work.

Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Analytical Skills
Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Experience in customer service or technical support roles
Knowledge of bike rental systems or similar technology is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred
