Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work for both shift managers and employees. Spur Logistics is a leading Amazon delivery service partner in Upstate South Carolina and Charlotte, NC delivery markets.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to a team of people

Manage operations and finances of business

Oversee the recruiting and training of new hires

Drive development of employees

Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Strive to be the best Amazon partner while taking care of employees

Ability to oversee a large fleet of vans and maintenance

Qualifications

Management and Customer Service experience

Strong Administrative skills

Ability to be Hands On with Fleet and Delivery Operations

Demonstrated Ability to Lead

Comfortable working with Budgets and Payroll

Strong Communications Skills

Strong Interpersonal skills

Experience with a Business that Operates Seven Days Per Week
