Patent Prosecution Attorney

Lateral Link is working an elite AmLaw/Vault ranked law firm to onboard a mid-senior level associate in their patent prosecution team in Washington, DC.

Direct client contract with premiere clients -- strong pipeline into going in-house

The ideal candidate has the following:

5-9 years of patent prosecution experience

Experience w/ licensing and corporate deal support is a plus

Litigation experience is not required and not a substitute for prosecution experience

Excellent schools/grades with Biology or Chemistry degrees required
