The Sales Coach will be responsible for driving sales teams to produce high-quality sales.

This position will leverage sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority, build a customer service-centric sales culture in collaboration with leadership and clients.

What does a day in the life as a Sales Coach look like?

Set sales targets, track progress and report results

Act as a consultant to employees and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges

Onboard and train new employees

Identify individual and team training needs

Develop educational materials, including presentations, sales scripts, case studies, role-playing and job simulation activities

Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers and instructors

Audit sales interactions and provide meaningful on-the-fly feedback

Evaluate employees’ performance after each training

Circulate best practices in selling, upselling, cross-selling and objection-handling

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs

Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules

Collaborate with other departments as needed

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times ●

Perform other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications for a Sales Coach?

Must have high school diploma or equivalent

Experience in a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to motivate and drive results

Strong problem-solving skills

Proficient in using computers and various software applications
