CapCenter is looking for a Loan Advisor to help pursue our mission: simplifying the homeownership journey with consolidated services, transparent pricing, and most importantly, a client-centric philosophy.
In the Loan Advisor role, you’ll be the first point of contact for CapCenter mortgage applicants who are on the path to purchasing a home or refinancing a mortgage. Loan Advisors engage potential clients to help them understand what they qualify for and guide them through the home buying process. There is no cold calling. Alongside managing a pipeline of clients, you’ll work collaboratively with realtors, loan analysts, underwriters, and insurance advisors to accelerate growth across multiple business lines, while maintaining a premium client experience.

You will
In your first 30 days, you will:
Get your NMLS certification (we’ll sponsor it!)
Master our client-centric sales and service process front-to-back
Complete our introductory Consultative Sales training course
Become a subject matter expert in all business lines
In your first 90 days, you will:
Take live leads and build your pipeline
Complete a self-assessment to build a blueprint for career progression at CapCenter
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients as they prepare for closing
Work collaboratively with others to ensure accuracy and efficiency at each step of the way
Build on your communications and underwriting knowledge through learning modules, proprietary training, and live coaching
