Our client, a successful and fast growing company in the real estate space is hiring for a Marketing Analyst to join their El Segundo based team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing strategies and initiatives through data analysis and insights. You will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and presenting data related to marketing campaigns, consumer behavior, and market trends. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in optimizing marketing performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and informing strategic decision-making within the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of marketing data, including but not limited to campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and customer demographics.

Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather, organize, and interpret data, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.

Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, develop marketing strategies, and optimize campaign tactics based on data-driven insights.

Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our marketing efforts against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics to recommend innovative approaches and solutions.

Support the development and execution of A/B testing and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance.

Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for senior management to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

3 years+ in marketing analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and/or other relevant software.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and campaign optimization techniques is a plus.
