Job Description

As a SuiteScript Developer, you will join the programming team in developing new technology and expanding existing code to assist the company in expanding and improving business operations. Your role involves developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. You will design and develop front-end interfaces, user workflows, and user experiences, ensuring intuitive and efficient user interaction.

Join the programming team in developing new technology and expanding existing code to assist the company in expanding and improving business operations.

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Design and develop front-end interfaces, user workflows, and user experiences.

Implement back-end logic and database structures to support front-end functionality, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and security.

Utilize best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and version control.

Requirements

The Key Skills We're Seeking

Excellent English.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to take initiative while knowing when to reach out for help, ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years of specific NetSuite experience.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Complete fluency in SuiteScript, with a deep understanding of all script types and API modules.

Experience in OOP, with a strong understanding of code architecture, code design, and best practices.

Experience with REST API integrations.

Proficiency in code version control software (GitHub).

Experience with Agile programming and Jira software is a plus.

Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5 and CSS, familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, JQuery Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of SQL and specifically SuiteQL, ability to write basic queries needed in scripts.

Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
