Work Set-up: Hybrid/Work From Home

Salary: Php 60,000.00 – Php 80,000.00

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA AND EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities as a Social Media and Email Marketing Manager:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and marketing campaign reach.

• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of email newsletters and promotional offers.

• Analyze and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns.

• Create and manage automated workflows with multiple sequences

Qualifications as a Social Media and Email Marketing Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Atleast 5years of experience in social media management and email marketing.

• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
