Job Summary
The ideal candidate will function as a Construction Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee projects from pre-planning through final execution. You will work with the management team and act as a point of contact with field personnel, clients and other construction professionals daily.

Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project life cycle.
Manage project budgets.
Lead project implementation.
Develop, track and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate logistics for multiple crews on multiple project locations nationwide.
Communicate with management, field personnel and customers on a daily basis.
Maintain organized project documentation.
Expected travel 25% of the time for jobsite inspections, crew coordination, kickoffs and inspections as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience in the bolted storage tank and silo industry desired
Heavy construction experience required.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and oral.
Industry knowledge and ability to read engineering drawings.
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Personable and outgoing.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills a must.
Self-motivated and independent work ethic.
Familiarity with MS Suite (project, excel, word)
AutoCAD experience a plus.
PMP Preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
All degrees considered.
Associates with 2-4 years’ experience.
2-5 years’ experience desired.
