$5,000 SIGN-ON Bonus offered This will be paid out in quarterly installments over a year and will apply to FT hires ONLY.

Shifts Available: AM, PM, NOC

Pay Range: $41 - $46

What you will do:

Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations

Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans

Act as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA's

Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON

Must have:

Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)

Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently

Compensation for roles at Emerald Bay Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Emerald Bay Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Emerald Bay Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:

Pay Range: $41-$46 per hour Depending on Experience
