Forklift Mechanic

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced forklift mechanics to join the growing team at our Bensalem, PA location. If you are looking for a unique experience working for an industry leading dealership and rental organization, we want to speak with you!

Our Road Technicians provide mobile service to the Philadelphia region and Southern New Jersey and are supplied with cell phones, laptops, vehicles, fuel, and other items necessary for successfully performing off location. Ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training.

Job Overview:

Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain all makes and models of industrial forklifts and material handling equipment.

Road technicians travel to job sites and customer locations to perform duties.

Some on-call responsibilities may apply.

Requirements:

Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.

Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.

Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.

Experience maintaining fleet sized operations for large accounts preferred.

A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.

A valid driver's license.

Must be able to work overtime as needed and be available to work varying shifts.

Starting pay rate dependent on experience and certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Estimated annual compensation: $62,000 - $75,000
