ABOUT THE POSITION
The Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Coordinator functions as part of the Transportation team and is responsible for managing the maintenance of Hugg & Hall's vehicle fleet to ensure the safe operation of all vehicles.
In this role you will:
Develop and implement maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations and industry standards
Coordinate and collaborate with operations departments to optimize fleet management
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS
Prefer 4 years experience in fleet maintenance and repair
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
Proficient in fleet management software or maintenance management programs
High school diploma or equivalent
ASE certification or other relevant certifications preferred
SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to organize and multi task
Experience with diesel vehicles would be a plus
RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE: Maintenance Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Vehicle Maintenance Technician
