Safety & Compliance Assistant

Safety and Compliance Assistant * Data entry and verification of documents from new drivers.

* Update system with any new information and/or driver documents.

* Daily monitors compliance channels and pending approvals.

* Daily monitors and responds to the Safety and Compliance department's emails.

* Monitor and properly update the driver system for active, but not compliant drivers.

* Maintain overall data management and driver record keeping.

* Participate in weekly meetings, provide weekly reports, suggestions, and comments to the Safety and Quality Specialist Manager * Responsible for monitoring and responding to the Safety & Quality channel.

* Call drivers to re-educate them regarding ADROIT's policies and procedures to continue providing a safe and comfortable ride to students.

* Act as data focal point for driver system site within the overall operations.

* Maintain client confidentiality by ensuring client information is secured.

* Collaborate closely with other program colleagues as necessary.

* Perform other administrative duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

* Responsible for the fingerprinting results and mailing system.

* Monitor and update drive striking system.
