Reporting to the Director of Digital Operations & Product, the Sr. Manager, CRM & Email Marketing will be the primary stakeholder of the email marketing strategy, building on innovative technology and personalization, and creating digital content that engages fans and grows our audience. They will play a key role in the execution of our CRM strategy and continued integration and roadmap. This person is comfortable working across teams and with external partners to support business priorities, having experience and expertise in all facets of the digital customer journey lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Drive the execution of TMRW & TGLs email marketing strategy in alignment with audience engagement goals, working closing with the marketing, social, content and creative teams.

Ensure email campaigns are robust and capable of delivering target engagement, activation, and sales traffic for the organization, while delivering a premium customer experience through proper circulation, frequency and audience selection.

Develop scalable customer journeys for all segments and ensure coordination across B2C marketing to manage key connection points between TGL League and TGL Teams.

Understand and develop connected customer engagement strategies that are measurable and automated, with a focus on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite of products.

Provide ongoing campaign performance analysis, evaluating the effectiveness of audience strategies, segmentation and frequency driving higher engagement.

Establish KPIs, develop measurement and analytics plan, monitor data integrations and ensure data quality.

Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language.

Interact with both functional and technical stakeholders in order to understand requirements and craft comprehensive solutions that enable delivery with speed, agility, and stability.

Liaise with external agencies and partners for platform setup and ongoing processes and deployment to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Brief and manage development of copy and visual layout of all emails using best practices; optimize creative assets based on performance results to achieve business objectives.

Develop communications strategy for emails within brand campaign, working closely with creative team to integrate key assets and content into email cadence. Requirements:

7+ years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and/or CRM management

Detail-orientation with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

Experience with the core capabilities of the Marketing Cloud platform including Email Studio, Automation Studio/Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and Content Builder

Understanding of functionality and processes of Sales Cloud (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Sales Paths, etc.)

Salesforce Certifications preferred, including: Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, Administrator, Platform App Builder
