As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions for a federal customer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices

Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications

Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices and recommend new capabilities that align with business goalsQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods

Experience with Agile and Copado for SF DevSecOps

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs is a huge plus

Experience with Salesforce development withing the federal government is a plus

Eligible to obtain and maintain and government security clearance
