About the Role

NinjaOne is looking for an Associate Salesforce Admin with a collaborative, cross-functional approach. You will maintain our systems, processes, data, and insights across our revenue teams (sales, marketing, billing, and customer success). Reporting directly to our Senior Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for driving performance improvements across the organization and building the foundation for us to scale.

You will have salesforce administrative tasks that support our current sales technology stack. Work closely with our team to build and administer new scalable processes and support broader organization projects. Your expertise include, Salesforce administration, supporting other sales or marketing focused software tools, strong analytics skills, organization, efficiency, and you are comfortable working cross-functionally with all management levels, in a fast-paced organization.

Location - 3 days a week in the Austin, TX office

What You’ll be Doing

Contribute to the maintenance, configuration, and ongoing development of NinjaOne' s Salesforce platform.

Assist in managing, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving internal support tickets.

Handle basic administrative functions including user management, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, production support, and other routine tasks.

Assist in data import, export, and updates using Data Loader.

Gather, prioritize, and implement requests from stakeholders for improvements or changes to Salesforce.

Build documentation and support newly launched applications.

Maintain and improve data integrity by regularly monitoring and resolving data inaccuracies within the system.

Provide regular user training and monitor user adoption.

Other duties as needed.

About You

1-2 years of Salesforce Admin experience

Salesforce ADM 201 certification

Obtained one or more Super Badges in Trailhead

Experience using sales acceleration tools such as Salesloft and Outreach

Experience using Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience interacting with a wide variety of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Executive leaders
