Position: Lead Painter

Responsibilities:

Handle customer communications with professionalism and care, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Uphold jobsite safety standards and etiquette to create a secure and respectful work environment.

Execute painting projects according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining the highest level of quality and precision.

Willingness to learn and adapt – prior experience in cabinet painting not required, as we provide training.
