Summary: Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the AFRL DSRC Site with a focus on managing large teams and ensuring compliance with Government IT Security requirements.
Job Requirements:
10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or higher preferred.
Managed organizations with 75+ FTEs.
Experience leading teams with 10+ subcontractors.
Proficient in managing Data Center environments.
Solid understanding of network environments and Windows/RHEL systems including STIGs.
Knowledge of Government IT Security requirements.
Previous onsite work experience with Government customers at the SES level.
Preferred Skills:
High Performance Computing expertise.
Prior experience in an Air Force contracting environment.
Certifications Required:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required at start or within 3 months of employment.
ITIL V4 certification required within 6 months of employment.
One technical certification for 8570/8140 compliance (Windows, RHEL, Network).
Additional Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to ITAR work regulations.
Active Top Secret security clearance required, with potential for TS/SCI.
Responsibilities: The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a large team including multiple subcontractors, maintaining oversight of Data Center operations, ensuring adherence to network and security protocols, liaising with high-level Government officials on-site, and meeting all project goals in accordance with strict security guidelines.
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
