Role Title: HRIT Analyst (Workday)
Role Locations: Remote
Duration: Contract-to-hire
Rate: $50-55/hr
Qualification:
8+ yrs. In an analyst/technical role
Advanced knowledge and use of Excel and MS Office products.
Strong functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
Experience developing and executing test scripts for various system changes such as implementations, enhancements, upgrades, etc.
Experience with Workday is required
Global HR experience preferred.
Knowledge of global data protection laws a plus.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR systems and functions.
Support configuration in Workday of Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time TrackingCreate new and modify existing Workday reports based on business requirements
Hands on experience in EIBs, Connector and/or Studio would be a plus.
Assess new Workday releases for changes that will impact current business processes.
Evaluate new features/functions for rollout to end-users and recommend solutions/alternatives to mitigate business risk relative to these changes
Work with team to fully test and QA new Workday releases
Provide production Tier 3 support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business process, integrations, data or other systems issues.
Ensure that defined application controls are maintained and followed
Identify and implement ideas for improving processes and methodologies, particularly where new features in the Workday can be used to improve current processes
