Technical Support Engineer - Printer Hardware & Software

Responsibilities:

Support the planning, maintenance, and engineering of the enterprise's printer systems infrastructure.

Inclusive of both Canon and Lexmark hardware as well as corresponding software and application infrastructure.

Monitor the performance of the printer ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Technical experience with both printer hardware and software.

Strong understanding of printer networks at an enterprise level.

Experience with Microsoft MECM management tool

Previous experience as a desktop, help desk, or IT support professional
