$200,000 + Significant Equity + Bonus

The company is a leading provider of virtual care to help tackle substance use.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data pipelines for extracting, transforming and loading data from various sources into our data warehouses using tools like dbt, airbyte and census

Experience working with a composable data platform architecture, with a modular approach to a data platform, encompassing a data toolset that includes Apache Airflow & AWS Redshift and pillars for observability, identity resolution and an API activation layer.

Work closely with data analysts and analytic engineers to understand data requirements and implement efficient data solutions

Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring optimal data quality and availability for downstream analytics

Design and optimize data architectures for scalability and performance

Implement data modelling, database design, data mining and integration

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in the data infrastructure

Adhere to security, compliance and data governance requirements, experience and familiarity with healthcare data and datasets is preferred.

Requirements:

3+ years experience as a data engineer or similar role

Expert knowledge of Python, SQL, and data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow and dbt

Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure

Strong database design and data modelling skill.

Experience with data warehousing and ETL process

Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment

Strong problem solving and communication skills
