Trading Operations Specialist

Top Stack is working with a Investment Manager located in the Radnor PA area who is looking for a Trading Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a experience in trade operations/settlements with expertise in utilizing SQL queries. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support trading operations.

- Analyze and reconcile trade data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy.

- Collaborate with front office and IT to enhance system capabilities and resolve issues.

- Monitor and validate daily trading and positions data.

- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in financial services operations, preferably in a buy-side firm.

- Strong proficiency in SQL with a proven ability to write queries.

- Solid understanding of financial operations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
