Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Maintenance Supervisor at a highly regarded food production plant in Cumming, GA. The role is responsible to repair and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment. Our client is seeking someone with prior supervisory experience within an industrial manufacturing setting.

This position is a direct hire opportunity with Bonus eligibility.

This is a THIRD SHIFT position - primarily Mon-Friday with extra pay for any weekend work.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of staff in the maintenance of plant industrial equipment

Ensuring fast reaction & responses to repair calls/equipment breakdowns and timely repairs to minimize downtime

Installing, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling production equipment

Installing and maintaining electrical equipment/controls, circuits, and PLC

Analyze electro-mechanical devices, trouble shoot failures and implement repair

Qualifications

Experience level: Experienced

Minimum 5 years of experience

Education: High School
